Kayla had a doctor's appointment today. She got 2 shots, weighs 17lbs 12oz, and is 28 inches tall.

Neo's such a good sport. Goober on the other hand takes one look at her and runs in the other direction...scaredy cat or smart thinking? I would lean more towards the former.

Recently Kayla has started to crawl. She's still a bit wobbley but it's so cute. Today she was in the livingroom playing with her toys and Ryan was in the other room and he noticed that she was very quiet, when he went in to check on her, she was over on the other side of the room taking everything off the shelf, CDs, video games..what a mess!

Then she went to daycare and she made some Halloween arts and crafts (shown below). She did 2 pumpkin finger paintings and a goblin footprint with googly eyes.

She was a pink 3-eyed monster for Halloween.

Kayla got her first tooth!

Kay got her 1st tooth. I first noticed it 2 days ago just barely poking out of her gum.

Nice and warm on a cold Fall day

We went to an outdoor farmer's market on Saturday morning and it was pretty cold outside so I wanted her to be nice and warm. I put her in a snowsuit size 12 months and her feet didn't make it to the bottom of the legs and her sleeves I had to roll up 3 times. She was warm and we all had a great time.

Kayla's Teething

Kayla started teething this past week. She pulls on her ears and does this thing with her mouth like she's sucking on her tounge or bottom lip. I took her to the doctor to make sure that the ear pulling was from teething and not an ear infection and the doctor said it's common for a teething baby to pull on their ears when teething.

Kayla loves her fruit in her Munchkin fresh food feeder. I usually use canned fruit like peaches, pineapple or pears because they are so juicy but I usually spend forever in the canned foods isle looking for the ones that have no added sugar, syrup or food coloring. The feeder also helps with her teething. She chews on the mesh food holder and I think it feels good on her gums.

Wildwood Vacation

We went to Wildwood from Thursday to Sunday. We had so much fun. We had beautiful weather the whole time we were there.
